1. How do I place an order online? You can either browse through our wide selection of beauty and hair care products, or you can use the search tool on the front page. When you find what you want, add it to your shopping cart and click check out. Fill out your information, select a shipping option, and make you payment. When you receive your order confirmation, you're done! You should hear back about your order within 2 business days.
2. Can I order by mail or fax?
No. Unfortunately, we do not take orders by mail or fax at this time.
3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. Connecticut residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.
4. What is the cost for shipping? Depending on where you are, what you’ve ordered, and what carrier you’ve selected, prices will vary. As a limited time only introductory offer, any purchase greater than $50 will be shipped FREE of charge!
5. Will you ship to international locations?
We can ship internationally, though it may cost extra customs duties depending on the order and the shipping address. We also ship to APO/FPO via USPS.
